Bait to Plate’ Fly Fishing, Smoke-School & Chef’s Table Experience

A truly unique and award winning, multi activity, fishy day out, with sustainability, quality and passion at its heart it will take you on the whole journey… from bait to plate.

The day includes:

• 3 hours fishing session at Chalk Springs Trout Fishery
• A cooking lesson on how to fillet, prepare, and cure your catch ahead of F&F cold smoking, slicing, packaging your fish before sending it to you
• Followed by a 6-course tasting menu of local, seasonal and responsibly sourced fish & seafood
